here she is.
in all of her quilted and bound glory!
fly girl!
i love her so much.
quilted with straight lines 1/4" off the seam.
i love the stars the quilting made so much!
the back is a fun bright print from momo. love those butterflies. machine bound in momo too (the blue eggs) and rounded the corners because it looks so pretty.
when i stared quilting it i had no real direction i was just going to see where it took me...
i thought; "i will do random straight lines all over the place". i did one random straight line and well, it just didn't work out so 1/4"off the seam it was. i didn't rip out that one line when i decided to go a different direction and now i like the one random straight line. it is totally out of place and looks a little ridiculous (if you notice it) but i love it and don't have the heart to rip it out right now. maybe next month, or not. ;)
i am happy with it though.
and thanks to all of the wonky bee girls. it has been such a fun bee and as i have said before, i will wonky for forever!
next up
