giveaway day...

yay!  it is finally here...


well, May 23rd really crept up on me... because my sewing machine has been giving me problems and i have had a constant need to google things such as this... not a lot of sewing has been happening.  So... I am offering as my giveaway day prize one of these bags!
Now, realize that I have not made the bag yet but as soon as my sewing machine is fixed it will be done and adorable!  this is not the actual fabric of the bag you will win... but the actual fabric is VERY cute

so...

    I feel for you. My 'modern' sewing machine does nothing but act up. So I jumped on the chance to get a 'antique' 1950's industrial sewing machine from my dad. He just finished cleaning (it was *full* of lint!) and making some minor (changed one of the pulleys so it is running at about 300 stitches a minute vs the original spec 1800.) so that what I sew isn't ripped from my hands.

    Your bag is beautiful, someone is going to be really happy to get it!
