do.good quilts in action... again.

first.... sorry i have been so absent everywhere.  i need a bit of a time out and i am afraid it is going to last a bit longer.  the holidays are going to be especially hard this year.  i do miss all of my blogging/sewing friends and love you all!  i promise i will come back soonish.

now back to the topic at hand.

this do.good quilt was finished by miss ella and she sent it along for me to give to one of my hospice patients
it came in the mail when our friends were visiting and of course we had to test it out.  the boys gave it their seal of approval!

i gave this quilt to a very special lady.
she was such a vibrant and kind and loving woman.  this quilt was perfect for her.
she has since passed away and now her family is very happy to have this quilt.
giving these quilts has been one of the most amazing experiences i have had!  i wish every single time i am able to give one that all of the heal circle girls could do it with me.
such a wonderful group and i am ever grateful to be a part of it!

xx
