on giving birth...

both of my deliveries were a bit traumatic...
like, i don't want to do it again.
so that is why every time i have to turn something out i get a little nervous...
flashbacks.

how in the world will this come out of that little hole...
but it does
and sometimes the thread rips and i want to pass out.

  1. oh my goodness, if i didn't feel so bad that your deliveries were that terrible, i would be rolling on the floor laughing right now. (okay, i'm probably laughing a little.)

  7. I think about that every day lately! Maybe it's because I am about to push someone out of me... And it freaks me out. I have already done it once but it never gets easier!

  15. I actually snorted reading that - I am so not lady like. I had a sun roof delivery so I thankfully don't get flashbacks ;-)

  16. ROFLMAO, bless! They gave my mum sleeping pills when she came in in labour with me and told her rather patronisingly that it'd be hours yet. And that's how my mother blissfully slept through my birth, being woken to push only to fall straight back to sleep again. She always said she'd never have another one in case she remembered next time round!

  20. This totally makes me laugh!! I have often felt, as I am pulling a bag through the hole in it's lining, that I am "birthing" it! I always thought I was strange for thinking of it, but now I know I'm in good company :)
