kiss kiss......Quilt

my friend melissa had a baby a few months ago... he is soooo adorable! i was feeling like a super big jerk friend because i hadn't met him yet. so i made her a little blanket for him.

sara really liked it.

i used the minkee fabric on the back of it. it is super super soft and therefore, perfect for a baby! sara and i went to melissas house and gave it to her and her cute little boy! (well, not so little he is 4 months old and weighs 16lbs.)

and this is the quilt that i made for my brother howie for christmas this year. very masculine and it was huge. it is folded in half...
his request was that it was big, check, and that it didn't have any "chick" colors on it. i think i succeeded!
